MatchThePet is operated by FORLYZE LTD. This policy explains how we process information when you use the MatchThePet mobile app and related services.

Information We Process

We may process account information, name, email address, phone number, pet and owner profile details, photos or videos you upload, approximate location, matches, likes, messages, support requests, reports, verification information, subscription status, purchase history, product interaction data, and user identifiers.

How We Use Information

We use information to create and secure accounts, verify users, show compatible nearby pet profiles, enable matching and chat, process subscriptions and entitlements, provide support, prevent abuse, enforce safety rules, and improve app functionality.

Location

MatchThePet uses location to support nearby discovery. The app is designed to show approximate distance and does not publish exact user coordinates to other users.

Payments

App Store purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive full payment card details. We may receive subscription and entitlement status needed to unlock paid features.

Your Choices

You can update profile information in the app, stop sharing optional information, request account deletion, or contact us for privacy requests.
