Yes, the core experience is free. You get a daily Like quota, 1 Superlike per day, and your three most recently active matches are visible. Pro adds unlimited Likes, all match conversations, and advanced owner filters. Plus also adds 5 Superlikes per day, genuine incoming-Like visibility, discovery priority, and opt-in Paths Crossed.
How do I verify my account?+
From the verification section on your profile, you take a random-pose selfie. You can also upload your pet's vaccination document. Verification clears in minutes for clean cases and shortly after for cases that go to review.
Is my location shared?+
No. Your exact location is never shared. Profiles only show approximate distance.
Why can't I send a meetup request?+
For safety, only verified accounts can send a meetup request. The feature unlocks once your account is verified.
How do I delete my account?+
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes your profile, photos, matches, and messages.
How do I cancel a subscription?+
Subscriptions are managed through your App Store or Google Play account. You can cancel any time from the store's subscription settings.
