Yes, the core experience is free. You get a daily like quota and your first three matches are visible for free. Pro and Plus subscriptions add unlimited likes, super likes, and the ability to see who likes you.
How do I verify my account?+
From the verification section on your profile, you take a random-pose selfie. You can also upload your pet's vaccination document. Verification clears in minutes for clean cases and shortly after for cases that go to review.
Is my location shared?+
No. Your exact location is never shared. Profiles only show approximate distance.
Why can't I send a meetup request?+
For safety, only verified accounts can send a meetup request. The feature unlocks once your account is verified.
How do I delete my account?+
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes your profile, photos, matches, and messages.
How do I cancel a subscription?+
Subscriptions are managed through your App Store or Google Play account. You can cancel any time from the store's subscription settings.
