These terms govern use of MatchThePet, a FORLYZE LTD product. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account and pet information.
  • Keep your credentials and verification codes confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Service and user content

  • MatchThePet helps pet owners discover compatible pets, match, message, and plan responsible meetups.
  • You retain responsibility for photos, profile information, messages, and other content you submit and grant us the limited rights needed to host and display it within the service.
  • Illegal, deceptive, abusive, harassing, infringing, spam, animal-abuse, unsafe-sale, and unethical-breeding content is prohibited.

3. Safety and animal welfare

  • MatchThePet does not provide veterinary, breeding, legal, identity, or safety guarantees. Consult qualified professionals and meet in safe public places.
  • We may review reports, limit features, remove content, suspend accounts, or cooperate with authorities to protect users, animals, and the service.

4. Pro and Plus subscriptions

  • Subscription price and duration are shown before purchase and charged to your App Store or Google Play account.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel them in your store subscription settings.
  • Cancelling stops future renewal; paid access generally continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled under the applicable store rules.

5. Availability and liability

  • Features may change, be suspended, or be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of a particular match, meetup, breeding outcome, or uninterrupted availability.
  • Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

6. Ending use and contact

  • You may stop using the service and delete your account in Settings. We may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create safety or legal risk.
